VEXIN NORMAND - 2025
Les visages du Territoire
This year, I was chosen as the photographer for Visages du Territoire, a project funded my the Vexin Normand in the Normandy Region of France, where I met and portrayed 30 incredible people, each with a unique story, a deep connection to their land, and often, no prior access to professional photography. Many didn’t believe their story was worth telling…
but it was. The project end by a beautiful exhibition in the gorgeous Médiathèque of Étrépany.
Every encounter reminded me: my work isn’t to take photos
it’s to hold space,
to see, and to let people be seen.
This exhibition is just the beginning. A new way of doing portrait photography is coming, one rooted in presence, purpose, and deep humanity.
